随着社会经济的发展,我国进入21世纪开始,土木工程就得到了很快的发展时机,因而土木建筑企业对土木工程的人才的要求也就越来越急迫,同时也给及很高的期望。不仅要求土木工程的人才有着较强的专业素养,同时还希望他们可以在短时间内胜任各种技术管理工作等。因而,本文主要就是针对土木工程专业应用型人才培养模式进行分析与论述的。
