目的:探讨动态增强CT扫描对子宫肌瘤的诊断价值。材料与方法:对32例39个子宫肌瘤进行平扫、动态增强扫描及延迟扫描,观察子宫肌瘤在三种扫描方式的CT表现及比较其检出敏感性,同时与对照组采用常现增强扫描的24例27个子宫肌瘤进行检出敏感性、内部结构及边缘显示率的比较。结果:子宫肌瘤在平扫、动态增强扫描、延迟扫描的检出敏感性分别为17.9%、92.3%、35.9%。动态增强扫描的检出敏感性、内部结构及边缘显示率均高于常规增强扫描。结论:动态增强扫描可明显提高子宫肌瘤的检出率,可清楚显示肿瘤的血供、内部结构及边缘特征,对子宫肌瘤有很大的诊断价值,优于常规增强扫描。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of dynamic enhanced CT in diagnosis of uterine fibroids. Materials and Methods: The CT findings of uterine fibroids in three kinds of scanning methods were compared and their detection sensitivity was observed by plain scanning, dynamic contrast-enhanced scanning and delayed scanning in 32 cases of 39 uterine fibroids. At the same time, Enhanced scanning of 24 cases of 27 uterine fibroids detection sensitivity, internal structure and margin display rate comparison. Results: The detection sensitivity of uterine fibroids in plain scan, dynamic contrast-enhanced scan and delayed scan were 17.9%, 92.3% and 35.9% respectively. Dynamic enhanced scan detection sensitivity, internal structure and edge display rate were higher than the conventional enhanced scan. Conclusion: Dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI can significantly improve the detection rate of uterine fibroids, which can clearly show the blood supply, internal structure and marginal features of the tumor. It has great diagnostic value for uterine fibroids, which is superior to routine enhanced scanning.
