肿瘤多药耐药(MDR)是造成肿瘤临床化疗失败的主要原因。研究表明肿瘤组织的一系列物理/生理屏障导致化疗药物很难穿透肿瘤深入到肿瘤组织内部,使肿瘤细胞长时间经受亚致死剂量的药物刺激,是肿瘤产生耐药的重要原因之一。智能化纳米递释系统可控制药物释放,实现肿瘤化疗药物和核酸药物等多种药物共输送,并改善化疗药物在肿瘤组织的分布,有望实现对肿瘤的诊断、监测及治疗。
Multidrug resistance (MDR) is the main cause of tumor chemotherapy failure. Studies have shown that a series of physical / physiological barrier of tumor tissue makes it difficult for the chemotherapeutics to penetrate deep into the tumor tissue and make the tumor cells undergo sub-lethal dose of drug stimulation for a long time, which is one of the important reasons for tumor resistance. Intelligent nano-delivery system can control the release of drugs to achieve a variety of drugs such as chemotherapy drugs and nucleic acid tumor delivery, and to improve the distribution of chemotherapy drugs in the tumor tissue is expected to achieve the diagnosis of cancer, monitoring and treatment.
