本文介绍了用SKQ—1型数控气割机在新安江型7.5万千瓦水轮发电机磁极压板上所作的数控气割工艺试验。得出的初步结论是:水轮发电机磁极压板外轮廓加工可以采用数控气割,质量能够达到使用要求。文后附气割试验的数控程序。
This paper introduces the numerical control gas cutting process experiment on the pole pressing plate of Xin’anjiang 75 MW hydroelectric generator with SKQ-1 CNC gas cutting machine.
