Expanding the scale of foreign exchange financing for enterprises plays an important role in lowering interest rates and may even lead to the marketization of interest rates and the interest rate equilibrium. There are many ways of foreign exchange financing. The foreign exchange financing studied in this paper refers to the foreign exchange funds obtained by domestic enterprises through foreign exchange loans, foreign debt and overseas listing, excluding foreign direct investment. However, foreign direct investment loans are foreign exchange financing. According to this caliber, the amount of foreign exchange financing obtained by domestic enterprises in 2014 reached 1.8969 trillion U.S. dollars. Converted into RMB, its size is about 1161.1 billion yuan, accounting for
