本文为了了解粘土的性质,设计了膨胀容试验分析不同种类粘土矿物自身的吸水膨胀能力,结果表明蒙脱土吸水膨胀最为显著;采用水泥净浆流动度指标直接得出掺入不同粘土矿物后对掺减水剂水泥浆体分散性能的影响规律,结果表明蒙脱土对水泥净浆流动度的影响要远大于伊利土和高岭土;对比了粘土与水泥对聚羧酸减水剂分子的吸附量,可得出蒙脱土对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附要远大于水泥颗粒对聚羧酸减水剂的吸附,进而解释了粘土的掺入会降低水泥浆体的流动性的原因;由热重试验证实了蒙脱土会吸附聚羧酸减水剂分子,而且聚羧酸减水剂会吸附到蒙脱土层间。
