在新课程标准下如何转化学困生是每个中学教师都在探索和研究的课题,中学英语学困生的成功转化在很大程度上取决于学困生本人的学习意志是否坚定。怎样才能培养学困生的学习意志并提高学生的心理素质呢?我认为应以认知学心理学为理论指导,在这方面我摸索积累了一些经验,取得了良好的教学效果。
Under the new curriculum standards, how to transform students with learning difficulties is a topic that every middle school teacher is exploring and researching. The successful transformation of middle school students with English learning difficulties depends largely on whether their learning will is firm or not. How can we cultivate the learning will of students with learning difficulties and improve students’ psychological quality? I think we should take cognitive psychology as theoretical guidance, and in this regard, I grope for some accumulated experience and achieved good teaching results.
