在一般工业与民用建筑中,混凝土的变形总是受配筋、相邻部位、基础或结构物的整体性等的限制,引起混凝土的限制收缩裂缝。为解决这一问题,中国建筑材料科学研究院应用U型混凝土膨胀剂,同时延长伸缩缝间距,取消了原设计的后浇带,先后在10多项超长结构中应用,获得了成功。本文从UEA补偿收缩混凝土的抗裂原理、抗裂分析、伸缩缝间距及工程应用等方面,对这一混凝土超长结构裂缝控制技术进行了介绍。
In general industrial and civil buildings, the deformation of concrete is always limited by reinforcements, adjacent parts, the integrity of foundations or structures, etc., causing the concrete to shrink shrinkage cracks. In order to solve this problem, China Building Materials Science Research Institute applied U-type concrete expansion agent, while extending the gap between the expansion joints, canceled the original design of the post-pouring belt, and has been applied in more than 10 ultra-long structures in succession. In this paper, the crack control technology of ultra-long concrete structures is introduced from the aspects of the anti-cracking principle, crack resistance analysis, expansion joint spacing and engineering application of UEA compensated shrinkage concrete.
