目的制定补肾壮骨胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用薄层扫描法 ,以氯仿 -甲醇 -水 (13∶6∶2 ) (10℃以下放置过夜 )的下层溶液为展开剂 ,λS=5 30nm ,λR=70 0nm ;SX =3。结果回收率为 97.0 4 % ,r=0 .9994 ,线性范围为 1.0 3μg～6 .15 μg。结论本法简便 ,准确 ,可作为补肾壮骨胶囊的质量标准 Objective To establish a method for determination of astragaloside IV in Bushen Zhuanggu capsules. Methods Thin layer scanning was performed with a chloroform-methanol-water (13:6:2) (10:6:2) (lower than 10°C overnight) solution as the developing agent, λS = 5 30 nm, λR = 70 nm; SX = 3. The recovery of the results was 97.04%, r=0.9994, and the linear range was 1.0 3μg-6.15 μg. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and can be used as the quality standard of Bushen Zhuanggu Capsule.
