甲胎旦白(以下称AFP)水平的测定,已广泛应用于原发性肝癌的诊断。近年来国内外许多作者又采用此技术测定孕妇血清和羊水中AFP含量来预诊开放性神经管缺损,如无脑儿和脊柱裂。因为在上述畸形中,孕妇血清和羊水中AFP含量均大大高于同期孕妇的正常值。由于各实验室所采用方法和所使用抗体纯度不同,效价不一,所报导的正常值也各有差异,为此我们从事我室正常值的测定,另外又由于我省无脑儿出生率较高,仅就我院妇产科近三年的统计,就几乎占新生儿的6‰—8‰,为了搞好
