木霉菌作为一种重要的植物病害生防菌被广泛用于作物病害生物防治。为了检测木霉菌对家蚕的安全性从而获得能够安全用于植物病害防治的生防木霉菌制剂,用对病害具有较好防治效果的木霉菌(Trichoderma viride)T23分生孢子悬浮液处理桑叶,饲喂家蚕幼虫,研究其对家蚕生长发育、生命力及茧质的影响。结果表明,木霉菌T23对家蚕各个龄期和全龄发育历期没有显著影响。饲喂添加木霉菌T23食料的家蚕幼虫发育历期为24.8 d,对照处理为24.5 d,两者存在一定差异,但未达到显著水平;对起蚕和熟蚕体重无显著影响;对全茧量、茧层量、茧层率和虫蛹统一生命率均无显著影响。
Trichoderma is widely used in the biological control of crop diseases as an important plant disease biocontrol agent.
