带式输送机广泛用于大宗散货的装船、转运和堆垛等作业,滚动轴承是带式输送机上应用较多的转动件,带式输送机托辊和滚筒上都装有滚动轴承。轴承作为带式输送机的重要部件,起着减少输送带运行阻力的重要作用。为确保带式输送机轴承能够正常工作,正确选择轴承的结构和密封形式就显得十分重要。本文重点介绍带式输送机滚筒轴承的结构形式、润滑及密封。图1为带式输送机结构示意图。
Belt conveyors are widely used in bulk cargo handling, transport and stacking operations, rolling bearings are more applied on the belt conveyor rotation, belt conveyor rollers and rollers are equipped with rolling bearings. Bearings as an important part of the belt conveyor, conveyor belt to play an important role in reducing operational resistance. In order to ensure the belt conveyor bearings to work properly, the correct choice of bearing structure and sealing form is very important. This article focuses on the belt conveyor roller bearing structure, lubrication and sealing. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of the belt conveyor.
