耳廓外伤为耳鼻咽喉科常见急诊 ,部分病例有程度不同的皮肤及软骨缺损。笔者自 1 998年 6月以来 ,采用耳后转移皮瓣及自体肋软骨修复 1 3例外伤性耳廓部分缺损 ,获得满意疗效。现报告如下。1　资料与方法1 .1　临床资料1 3例中 ,男 1 0例 ,女 3例 ;年龄 1 3～ 5 4岁。被人咬伤 Auricular trauma is a common emergency department of otolaryngology, some cases have different degrees of skin and cartilage defects.
