目的 探讨血管内皮功能与迷走神经性晕厥的相关性。方法 选择经倾斜试验诊断为迷走神经性晕厥的 2 7例患者为晕厥组 ,2 4例经倾斜试验除外迷走神经性晕厥的患者为对照组 ,利用彩色多普勒超声心动图仪对两组患者进行血管内皮功能测定。结果 两组患者的年龄、性别、吸烟患者的比例无明显差别 ,晕厥组的血管内皮依赖性舒张功能及血管内皮非依赖性舒张功能较对照组增强 [(9 0 6± 4 0 2 ) %对 (6 30± 3 2 0 ) % ,P <0 0 5 ;(15 2 0± 7 71) %对 (11 80± 6 32 ) % ,P <0 0 5 ) ]。结论 血管内皮功能异常可能是迷走神经性晕厥的发病机制之一。
Objective To investigate the correlation between vascular endothelial function and vagal syncope. Methods Twenty-seven patients diagnosed as vagus syncope by the tilt test were in the syncope group. Twenty-four patients except for the vagus nerve syncope were selected as the control group. Color Doppler echocardiography was performed on the two groups of patients Endothelial function assay. Results There was no significant difference in the age, sex and smoking prevalence between the two groups. The endothelium-dependent vasodilatation and endothelium-independent vasodilatation in the syncope group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(906 ± 420)% vs (6 30 ± 3 2 0)%, P 0 05; (15 2 0 ± 7 71)% vs (11 80 ± 6 32)%, P 0 05). Conclusion Vascular endothelial dysfunction may be one of the pathogenesis of vagal syncope.
