由于混凝土本身干缩性及钢管与混凝土的热膨胀系数差异,在一定温差条件下,钢管混凝土存在脱空现象,严重影响到结构承载力与安全。文章结合超声波检测钢管混凝土质量研究,提出热脱空概念并进行室内试验与理论分析,提出相应结论与建议以引起对钢管混凝土热脱空现象的重视,并对钢管混凝土的状况检测和评价能够起到一定的指导作用。
Due to the shrinkage of concrete itself and the difference of thermal expansion coefficient between steel pipe and concrete, under a certain temperature difference, the concrete-filled steel tube has the phenomenon of void, seriously affecting the bearing capacity and safety of the structure.
