立定跳远练习有利于提升学生的协调能力,对于学生身体素质发展具有重要意义。但是,在实际练习过程中,学生没有很好地掌握跳远的正确方式。因此,本文主要探讨初中体育立定跳远关键动作的矫正及训练方法,为帮助学生掌握正确的立定跳远方式提供合理化的参考意见。
Standing long jump exercises help to improve the coordination of students, for the development of students’ physical fitness is of great significance. However, during the actual practice, students did not master the correct way of long jump. Therefore, this article mainly discusses the correction and training methods of the key actions of long-range sports long jump in junior high school, and provides reasonable suggestions for helping students master the correct long jump.
