新疆甜瓜名扬中外.为了将滴灌应用于甜瓜生产,我们从1980年开始在我院安宁渠试验场进行了甜瓜滴灌试验研究.四年小区试验和两年大田示范证明,滴灌以水滴缓慢浸润土壤,能改善土壤的物理结构,调节土壤的水肥气热状况,利于土壤微生物活动和甜瓜根系的生长,尤其重要的是避免了沟灌流水串沟传播病菌的弊端,因而滴灌甜瓜疫霉病发病率(2%以下)大为减轻,比之沟灌甜瓜(发病率8.8—88%)增产10.5—77.3%,提高折光糖1—2度,而且亩节约
