跨文化交际课程是应用型高校商务英语专业的必修课,对培养学生的文化意识、冲突解决能力和外向型发展具有重要作用。采用问卷调查和焦点访谈等方法对2003~2011年间教授跨文化交际课程的教师和学习过该课程的在校学生及毕业生进行跟踪调查,发现由于课程缺乏本土文化教学环节,很多大学生出现母语文化失语、文化身份不清的问题。通过改善课程设置、教材编写、师资培养、教学方式等解决跨文化交际课程本土文化理论与实践不足的问题。
Intercultural Communication Courses is a compulsory course for Business English Major in Applied University and plays an important role in cultivating students’ cultural awareness, conflict resolution ability and outward-oriented development. Using questionnaires and focus interviews, we conducted a survey of teachers who taught cross-cultural communication courses and students and graduates who had studied the course from 2003 to 2011 and found that many college students appeared in native culture due to the lack of local culture and teaching links Aphasia, cultural identity is not clear. By improving the curriculum, teaching materials, teacher training, teaching methods to solve cross-cultural communication courses native culture theory and practice of the problem.
