在TMTS热模拟试验机上对中压转子材料Cr12合金钢进行了实验,研究了Cr12合金钢在温度900~1150℃,变形速度为0.001~10 s-1的变形条件下的热变形行为。结果表明,该合金为热敏感型和应变速率敏感型材料。Cr12合金的热加工图表明,该材料存在两个流变失稳区,在实际生产过程中,变形温度在1000℃以上时,应变速率应控制在5 s-1以下,变形温度在900~1000℃之间时,应变速率应控制在0.03 s-1以下为宜。
The Cr12 alloy steel with medium pressure rotor was tested on a TMTS thermal simulator. The hot deformation behavior of Cr12 alloy steel was investigated under the conditions of temperature of 900 ~ 1150 ℃ and deformation speed of 0.001 ~ 10 s-1. The results show that the alloy is heat-sensitive and strain rate-sensitive materials. Cr12 alloy thermal processing diagram shows that the material has two rheological instability zone, in the actual production process, the deformation temperature above 1000 ℃, the strain rate should be controlled at 5 s-1 below the deformation temperature of 900 to 1000 ℃, the strain rate should be controlled below 0.03 s-1 is appropriate.
