目的建立HPLC法测定消癌平片中绿原酸含量的方法.方法色谱柱为迪马C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm));流动相乙腈-水-磷酸(9∶91∶0.5);流速:1.0 ml/min;检测波长:327 nm。结果绿原酸进样量在0.0850~0.4250μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。平均回收率=98.8%,RSD=2.1%。结论该法简便准确,重现性好,可作为消癌平片质量控制的依据之一。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping Tablet. Methods The chromatographic column was Dima C18(4.6mm×150mm, 5μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (9:91∶0.5). Flow rate: 1.0 ml/min; detection wavelength: 327 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid injection was in the range of 0.0850-0.4250 μg. The average recovery rate = 98.8%, RSD = 2.1%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used as one of the basis for the quality control of cancer elimination tablets.
