目的测定野巴子中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3为显色剂,采用紫外-可见分光光度法在碱性条件下于505 nm处测定吸光度并计算总黄酮的含量。结果回归方程为:Y=0.441X+3.7×10-3(r=0.9993,n=5),平均回收率为101.83%,不同批次野巴子总黄酮的平均含量为9.82%。结论所用方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用作野巴子药材的质量分析和控制。
Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids in wild pod. Methods Rutin was used as reference substance and NaNO2-Al (NO3) 3 as color reagent. The absorbance was measured at 505 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry and the content of total flavonoids was calculated. Results The regression equation was: Y = 0.441X + 3.7 × 10-3 (r = 0.9993, n = 5). The average recovery rate was 101.83%. The average content of total flavonoids in wild batches of different batches was 9.82%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used as a quality analysis and control of wild pod herbs.
