AMQ—5型多功能程控编码系统,由体外编码控制器和埋藏在体内的多功能程控起搏器两部分组成。藉助于编码控制器发出的磁脉冲编码信息,可以无创伤地调节埋植在体内的起搏器的参数和类型。因此能够改善血液动力学效果,延长起搏器使用寿命,克服因阈值开高、(过)感知过度或(欠)感知不良等原因所造成的起搏并发症。 该多功能编码程控起搏系统使用了专用的低压微功能集成电路、安全码技术,以及多种保护环节,因而具有良好的“状态”稳定性与很高的可靠性。 该起搏器已进入临床应用,疗效显著,其中五例已埋植一年余。
AMQ-5 multi-function program-controlled coding system consists of an in vitro coding controller and a multi-function programmable pacemaker buried in the body. With the aid of the magnetic pulse coding information sent by the coding controller, the parameters and type of implanted pacemakers can be adjusted without injury. Therefore, it can improve the hemodynamic effect, prolong the service life of the pacemaker, and overcome the pacing complications caused by the high threshold value, excessive (over) or bad (bad) perception. The versatile, programmable, programmable pacer uses dedicated low-voltage, micro-function integrated circuits, security code technology, and multiple protection stages for good “state” stability and high reliability. The pacemaker has entered clinical applications, significant effect, of which five cases have been implanted more than a year.
