本文根据非贵金属—瓷界面的扫描电镜分析,X光相分析及显微金相分析结果,着重从热力学角度讨论了瓷—合金间的化学结合问题。说明了合金氧化膜的形成及存在形式。通过合金元素及瓷金属氧化物中的金属元素在瓷—合金间的分布曲线与热力学函数的关系,证实了瓷—合金间化学反应区的存在,从而为瓷—合金间存在化学结合的论点提供了一定根据。
Based on the results of scanning electron microscopy, X-ray phase analysis and microstructure analysis of non-precious metal-porcelain interface, this paper discussed the chemical bonding between porcelain and alloy mainly from the thermodynamic point of view. Describes the formation of alloy oxide film and the existence of forms. The relationship between the porcelain-alloy distribution curve and the thermodynamic function is confirmed by the presence of the metal elements in the alloying elements and the porcelain-metal oxides, which confirms the existence of the chemical reaction zone between the porcelain and the alloy so as to provide an argument for the chemical bonding between the porcelain and the alloy A certain basis.
