文章以深圳市为个案,采用深度访谈和调查问卷相结合的方法对高中教师继续教育需求进行调查。结果显示,深圳市高中教师在“学习者及其特征的知识”维度需求最显著,在“社会支持”、“教学技能”和“身心保健知识”维度需求相对显著,在“学科教学知识”维度需求最不显著,不同个人属性教师的需求具有一定的差异。高中教师继续教育课程开发要体现统一性和系统性,应采用多元、对话的教学形式。高中教师对网络教学的认同度高于面授,但其有效性有待提高。
Taking Shenzhen as a case, the article uses a combination of in-depth interviews and questionnaires to investigate the continuing education needs of high school teachers. The results show that the high school teachers in Shenzhen have the most significant needs in the “knowledge of learners and their characteristics”, and the demands of “social support”, “teaching skills” and “physical and mental health knowledge” are relatively significant , The most notable in the dimension of “subject teaching knowledge”, the demand of teachers with different personal attributes has certain difference. The development of continuing education curriculum in high school teachers should reflect the unity and systematization, and should adopt the multi-type and conversational teaching form. High school teachers’ recognition of online teaching is higher than that of face teaching, but its effectiveness needs to be improved.
