某航空产品零件口盖座,系一个典型的拉深件。零件凸缘由圆柱曲面组成。由于设计上的需要,拉深圆筒底部圆角半径只有一个料厚,在成型中,由于凸缘材料不能有效地进入凹模腔,加之底部圆角半径过小,这就给拉深成型带来了极大的困难。原设计用料是08F—δ1.5冷轧钢板,由于此规格的料外购困难,只好用08A1—δ1.5冷轧钢板代料。从有关资料来看,08F和08A1在强度、延伸率等指标上均差不多,可是零件拉深后,在底部圆角处材料发生明显的塑性流动,表面呈一浅沟,剖面如图(1)所示。还有部分零件因材料流动过大而拉裂,剖面局部最小厚度只有0.5~0.86毫米。有关标准中给出拉
