本文通过对生玉米对生性相关分析和遗传效应分析 ,初步探究了对生玉米的遗传变异规律。结果表明 :同一世代不同发育时期对生性相关极显著 ;不同世代的对生性随世代增加 ,相关密切程度愈高 ;玉米对生性受显性基因控制 ;对生频率的广义遗传率为 37.5 9% ,达 0 .0 1显著水平 ;对生玉米的主要农艺性状基本符合高产玉米杂交种的要求 ,遗传率达显著或极显著水平。对生玉米杂种优势可以利用。
In this paper, through the analysis of heritability and genetic effects on raw maize, the genetic variation of maize was preliminarily studied. The results showed that: the same generation at different developmental stages of reproductive physiology significantly significant; different generations of the opposite sex generation increased with generations, the higher the degree of correlation; maize by the dominant genes controlled; the frequency of genetically inherited rate of 37.5 9% Up to a significant level of0.1. The main agronomic characters of live corn basically met the requirements of high yielding maize hybrids, and the heritability reached significant or extremely significant level. Maize heterosis can be used.
