本文讨论座椅参数优化和应用少片弹簧悬架对大客车平顺性的效果,由理论分析和试验研究两部分组成。计算机分析是针对一个受路面随机激励的人一椅一车系统进行的。座椅参数优化的目标是使不同位置的座椅上的乘坐舒适性差别最小及传给乘员的振动能量最小。研究表明,应用少片弹簧不仅显著地改善大客车的行驶平顺性还能使悬架轻量化、文中术出了为DD—680大客车设计的少片弹簧的优化参数。
This article discusses the optimization of seat parameters and the effect of applying a few pieces of spring suspension on the ride comfort of buses, which is composed of theoretical analysis and experimental research. Computer analysis is performed on a chair-by-car system that is randomly motivated by the road. The goal of seat parameter optimization is to minimize the difference in ride comfort at different positions of the seat and minimize the amount of vibration energy imparted to the occupant. The research shows that the application of a few pieces of spring can not only significantly improve the ride comfort of the bus but also reduce the weight of the suspension. In this paper, the optimized parameters of a few pieces of spring designed for the DD-680 bus are obtained.
