针对当前高拱坝及特高拱坝施工过程出现的单仓混凝土中铺设2层不同材料水管的现象,该文基于考虑水管冷却的等效热传导方程,推导出铺设双层异质水管情况下混凝土等效导温系数的表达形式,并提出了多层水管平均降温效果的简化求解方法,使得不同材质水管铺设方案的计算可以在同一套有限元网格上展开。应用本文所提出方法对国内某大型拱坝工程施工期的仿真计算结果与实际测量温峰相差在5%以下,温度发展历程一致,验证了该方法的合理性。
In view of the phenomenon that two layers of different material pipes are laid in single-storey concrete during the construction of high arch dams and special high arch dams, based on the equivalent heat conduction equation considering the cooling of water pipes, the concrete Equivalent temperature coefficient of expression, and put forward a simplified solution of multi-layer pipe cooling effect, making the calculation of different material pipe laying program can be carried out on the same set of finite element grid. Applying the method proposed in this paper, the simulation results of a large arch dam construction in China are less than 5% compared with the actual measured temperature and peak temperature, and the temperature history is consistent, which proves the rationality of this method.
