将18只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、致痫组和MK-801组。致痫组是将马桑内酯直接注入大鼠侧脑室点燃癫痫发作,注入马桑内酯2h后经第四脑室抽取脑脊液,随后断头取出双侧海马;MK801组先经腹腔注入MK-8011h后,与致痫组同样处理;用HPLC荧光法分别测定各组的脑脊液和海马组织中Glu、Asp、Gly和GABA的含量,同时测定海马组织中GAD和GABA-T活性。结果发现:致病组的脑脊液中Glu含量较对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。
Eighteen Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, epileptogenic group and MK-801 group. Epileptogenic group is injected directly into the lateral venlafaxan seizures in rats, intramuscular lactone 2h after injection of cerebrospinal fluid through the fourth ventricle, followed by decapitated bilateral hippocampus; MK801 group by intraperitoneal injection of MK-8011h After treated with epileptogenic group, the levels of Glu, Asp, Gly and GABA in cerebrospinal fluid and hippocampus of rats in each group were measured by HPLC fluorescence method. The activities of GAD and GABA-T in hippocampus were also determined. The results showed that the pathological group of cerebrospinal fluid Glu content than the control group were significantly different (P <0.05).
