在相同工艺参数下,通过有限元ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟,得到楔横轧层合轴和单层轴相同位置跟踪点处的最大横向应力、平均应力、最大剪应力和最大剪应变的变化情况。通过对比应力应变,得出了层合轴分界面处的应力应变特点,阐释了层合轴分界面处的结合机理,这能为改善层合轴分界面处的结合质量提供理论依据。
Under the same process parameters, the maximum transverse stress, average stress, maximum shear stress and maximum shear strain at the same position of the wedge cross-ply laminated shaft and single-layer shaft were obtained by the finite element ANSYS / LS-DYNA simulation . By comparing the stress and strain, the stress-strain characteristics at the interface of the laminated shaft are obtained, and the bonding mechanism at the interface of the laminated shaft is explained. This can provide a theoretical basis for improving the bonding quality at the laminated shaft interface.
