采用同轴法兰–网络分析仪法研究了石墨–碳纤维水泥基材料在100kHz~1.5GHz频率范围内的电磁屏蔽性能。结果表明:水泥中石墨掺量接近渗滤阈值时,材料的屏蔽效能可获得明显改善。胶体石墨的屏蔽效能要明显好于鳞片石墨的,石墨的细度以25μm为宜,超过25μm对进一步改善屏蔽效果作用不大。碳纤维能显著提高材料的屏蔽效能,复掺石墨及碳纤维可使水泥基材料的屏效值进一步提高,其屏效值在测试频段内最高可达24dB。
Coaxial flange - network analyzer was used to study the electromagnetic shielding performance of graphite - carbon fiber cement based materials in the frequency range of 100kHz ~ 1.5GHz. The results show that when the content of graphite in cement is close to the percolation threshold, the shielding effectiveness of materials can be obviously improved. Colloidal graphite shielding effectiveness is significantly better than flake graphite, graphite fineness of 25μm is appropriate, more than 25μm to further improve the shielding effect is not. The carbon fiber can significantly improve the shielding effectiveness of the material. The complex screen of graphite and carbon fiber can further increase the screen efficiency of the cement-based material, and the screen efficiency can reach up to 24dB in the testing frequency band.
