家园关系是近几年来教育研究的热点之一。通过对1996年-2016年近二十年期刊文献进行内容的仔细梳理,从家园关系的意义、家园关系存在的问题、亲师矛盾的成因、避免亲师矛盾的策略等方面进行综述,研究认为解决家园关系中的亲师矛盾有利于实现家园共育,从而促进幼儿身心的全方面和谐发展。
Home relations is one of the hot spots in education research in recent years. Through a careful review of the contents of the two decades journal articles from 1996 to 2016, this paper summarizes the significance of home-school relations, the problems existing in the home-relations, the causes of the pro-teacher conflicts and the strategies to avoid the pro-teacher conflicts. Solving the contradiction between the pro-teachers in the home-based relations is conducive to the realization of home-based education so as to promote the all-round and harmonious development of children’s physical and mental health.
