苏通长江公路大桥为主跨1088m钢箱梁斜拉桥,上部结构标准梁段宽度达41m,重量达450t,采用桥面吊机悬臂安装。由于桥位处于长江黄金水道,航运密集,对梁段吊装和通航安全管理均提出了很高要求。同时,主桥上部结构采用几何控制法,要求梁段间无应力匹配,并在安装现场重现预拼装无应力线形,对匹配及主梁安装线形控制技术也提出了很高要求。文章结合苏通大桥上部结构施工,介绍了宽、重钢箱梁节段吊装、匹配和安装线形控制要点。
The Sutong Yangtze River Bridge is mainly a 1088m steel box girder cable-stayed bridge with a width of 41m and a weight of 450t, which is installed by cantilever crane. As the bridge is located in the Yangtze golden waterway, shipping intensive, lifting beam and navigational safety management are put forward high requirements. At the same time, the superstructure of the main bridge adopts the geometric control method, which requires no stress matching between the beam sections and reproduces pre-assembled stress-free linear shapes at the installation site, and places high demands on the matching and linear control technology of the main beam installation. Combined with the construction of superstructure of Sutong Bridge, this paper introduces the key points of hoisting, matching and installing linear control of wide and heavy steel box girder segments.
