目的研究等离子体氧化与碱液中存储联合作用对种植体的影响。方法将在碱液(Na OH)中存储的经等离子体氧化的喷砂酸蚀纯钛种植体(组-1)和经喷砂酸蚀的纯钛种植体(组-2)分别植入兔子下颌骨,在2 w和4 w进行扭出测试,制做硬组织切片在激光共聚焦显微镜下观察,之后进行甲苯胺蓝染色观察及测量骨结合率。结果各周组-1的扭出力值均大于组-2,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。激光共聚焦显微镜下观察各周组-1骨生长情况均好于组-2。甲苯胺蓝染色显示各周组-1新骨生成均较组-2多,各周组-1的骨结合率分别大于组-2,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论等离子体氧化与碱液中存储联合作用会促进种植体与骨的整合。
Objective To study the effects of plasma oxidation combined with storage in lye on implants. Methods The plasma-oxidized sandblasted and etched pure titanium implants (Group-1) and the sandblast-etched pure titanium implants (Group-2) stored in lye (Na OH) The mandibles were writhing at 2 w and 4 w. Hard-tissue sections were made under laser confocal microscopy. Toluidine blue staining followed by bone union was performed. Results The values of writhing in each group were higher than that in group 2, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Laser confocal microscopy showed that the growth of bone in all groups was better than that in group 2. Toluidine blue staining showed that the formation of new bone in each group was more than that in group 2, and the bone binding rate in each group was higher than that in group 2 (P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of plasma oxidation and storage in lye can promote the integration of implant and bone.
