目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定藿香正气片中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱KP100-5C18,流动相为甲醇-水(75∶25);流速为1.0mL.mim-1,检测波长294nm。结果:藿香正气片中厚朴酚进样量在0.30~1.70μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9998),和厚朴酚进样量在0.22~1.30μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9998),厚朴酚平均加样回收率99.8%,RSD为1.21%),和厚朴酚平均加样回收率100.3%,RSD为1.39%。结论:本方法操作简便,结果准确,可靠,重复性好。可用于本品的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of magnolol and honokiol in Huxiangxiangqi Tablets. Method: Column KP100-5C18, the mobile phase was methanol-water (75:25); the flow rate was 1.0 mL.mim-1, and the detection wavelength was 294 nm. RESULTS: There was a good linear relationship between the peak area value (r=0.9998) and the peak amount of honokiol ranging from 0.22 to 1.30 μg in the range of 0.30 to 1.70 μg for the injection of honokiol in Huxiangxiangqi Tablets. The linear relationship between area integrals was good (r=0.9998), the average recovery of honokiol was 99.8%, and the RSD was 1.21%). The average recovery of honokiol was 100.3%, and the RSD was 1.39%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate, reliable and reproducible. Can be used for quality control of this product.
