介绍了燕山石油化工公司II套催化裂化装置以提高掺渣率为目标进行的技术改造。改造采用了富氧再生工艺、重新设计的提升管、石油大学开发的全封闭旋流式快速分离系统、多段高效汽提、DVR 1渣油裂化催化剂 ,并配合一些防止沉降器和分馏塔结焦的措施 ,如高效进料雾化喷嘴、提升管下游注急冷油和急冷水等。改造后掺渣率达 75%以上。对掺渣率分别为 65% ,75%和 85%的三种情况进行了标定 ,汽油的辛烷值略有提高 ,转化率和轻质油收率分别达到 66.8%和 69.5%以上。
This paper introduces the technological transformation of Yanshan Petrochemical Company II sets of catalytic cracking unit to improve the slag mixing rate. Retrofit uses an oxygen-rich regeneration process, a redesigned riser, a fully enclosed swirling rapid separation system developed by the University of Petroleum, a multistage high-efficiency stripping, and a DVR 1 resid cracking catalyst, along with some preventative crackers from settler and fractionation columns Measures, such as efficient feed atomizing nozzle, riser downstream injection of cold oil and quench water and so on. Modified slag rate of 75% or more. The three conditions of slag dregs of 65%, 75% and 85% were calibrated. The octane number of gasoline was slightly increased, and the conversion rate and light oil yield reached 66.8% and 69.5% respectively.
