在调试我厂设计和制造的100吨单柱油压机时,发现当三位四通换向阀处于上升位置时,工作系统的上工作台要经过一个下降过程,才能上升,即所谓的“点头”现象。通过分析发现主要原因是系统卸荷回路采用了(YF—B10K)溢流阀和二位二通电磁阀(22DO—B10H—1)。因为压力油是通过溢流阀阀芯上的阻尼孔进入溢流阀上腔,又由先导阀控制,形成上下腔的压力差来实现阀芯的启闭和操纵油路系统的压力。由于二位二通电磁阀接在溢流阀的遥控口上,使溢流阀上腔的容积明显增大。这样
