目的了解深圳市龙华新区产妇未婚先育情况及其影响因素,为制定相应对策以降低未婚先育的发生提供科学依据。方法选取2015年7月-2016年11月携带0~6月龄婴儿前往深圳市龙华新区妇幼保健院或龙华新区中心医院进行健康体检或免疫接种的产妇进行问卷调查。结果 1 420名产妇中未婚先育234人,未婚先育率为16.48%,其中未婚生育一、二和三孩的分别有192人、37人和5人。非条件Logistic回归分析结果显示初育年龄为20岁及以下、人工流产次数越多、工人、农村户口的产妇未婚先育风险较高,而伴侣文化程度越高的未婚先育风险越低,OR值分别为6.007、1.527、2.570、1.755和0.625。结论深圳市龙华新区产妇未婚先育率较高,应重点加强未婚青年女性、工人群体及农村人口的生殖健康知识的宣传教育,并鼓励男性伴侣积极参加;提高避孕措施的使用,保证育龄妇女身心健康和优生优育。
Objective To understand the situation of maternal unborn pre-school education and its influencing factors in Longhua New District, Shenzhen, and to provide a scientific basis for making appropriate countermeasures to reduce the incidence of unmarried pre-school children. Methods From July 2015 to November 2016, the mothers who carried 0 to 6-month-old infants went to Shenzhen Longhua New Area MCH or Longhua New Area Central Hospital for health examination or immunization. Results Among the 1,220 mothers, 234 were unmarried, of which 16.48% were unmarried, of whom 192 were unmarried, 37 were mothers and 5 were unmarried. The results of unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the initial childbearing age was 20 years old and below, the more the number of induced abortion, the higher risk of unwed child giving birth among workers and rural residents, and the lower the risk of unmarried childbearing with higher partner education, OR The values were 6.007, 1.527, 2.570, 1.755 and 0.625, respectively. Conclusions Maternal unmarried first birth rate is higher in Longhua New District of Shenzhen City. Emphasis should be laid on strengthening publicity and education on reproductive health knowledge among unmarried young women, workers’ groups and rural population, and encouraging male partners to participate actively; improving the use of contraceptive measures and ensuring the physical and mental health of women of reproductive age Health and prenatal and postnatal care.
