试图研究一种利用弹丸在弹道飞行过程中所引起的空气振动来发电的新型引信电源。对弹丸飞行所引起的各种模式的空气振动的特性进行分析,认为激波是主要的噪声源,附面层压力起伏可以直接利用,但能量小,两者可作为发电的主要能量来源。设计了利用弹丸激波发电的装置,该装置在弹头有一个导流装置。在对模拟电源装置进行吹风试验检测发电信号的波形和频率等参数的基础上,论证利用该电源装置为无线电引信提供电源的可行性,并对该电源进行了结构设计。
Trying to study a kind of new fuze power supply that uses the air vibration generated by projectile in ballistic flight to generate electricity. The characteristics of air vibration caused by projectile flight are analyzed. It is considered that shock wave is the main noise source. The pressure fluctuations of the laminates can be directly used, but the energy is small. Both of them can be used as the main energy source for power generation. A device that uses projectile shock waves to generate electricity is designed. The device has a deflector on the bullet. On the basis of the blowing test of the analog power supply device to detect the waveform and frequency of the power generation signal and the like, the feasibility of using the power supply device to provide power supply for the radio fuze is demonstrated and the power supply is designed.
