目的探讨产前超声筛查胎儿外耳畸形的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院年度内检出的胎儿外耳畸形的相关资料。结果本组孕妇51 000例共发现胎儿外耳畸形23例,其中单纯外耳畸形12例,伴有染色体异常及其他部位复杂畸形11例,孕17-24和孕25-32w胎儿外耳畸形检出率较高,本文仅探讨后者。结论产前超声筛查胎儿外耳畸形在胎儿畸形筛查中有重要价值。 Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound screening for fetal external ear deformity. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital during the year out of the fetus related information. Results Totally 51 cases of fetal external ear malformations were found in 51 000 pregnant women in this group, including 12 cases of pure external ear deformities, 11 cases of chromosomal abnormalities and other complex deformities.
