一、问题的提出小孔倒角边长测量是上海汽车制动器厂提出的,它要求测量某进口件盲孔内壁深处小孔倒角(如图1)的边长。盲孔是直径为20.64mm 的油活塞孔,在离活塞口台阶面95.6mm 处有一垂直于内孔壁的小孔,直径只有0.7mm,倒角为0.3~(+0(?))×45°,要求用三坐标测量机来测量小孔倒角深度方向的实际边长,误差小于0.1mm。测量的主要难点是:1.小孔倒角边长太小,一般测头无法进行测
First, the question raised Small hole chamfer side length measurement is proposed by the Shanghai Automotive Brake Factory, which requires measuring the import of a blind hole deep hole chamfer (Figure 1) side length. There is a hole vertical to the hole wall at a distance of 95.6mm from the step surface of the piston mouth, with a diameter of only 0.7mm and a chamfer of 0.3 ~ (+0 (?)) × 45 °, requires the use of coordinate measuring machine to measure the depth of the hole chamfering the actual side length, the error is less than 0.1mm. The main measurement difficulties are: 1. Small hole chamfer edge is too small, the general probe can not be measured
