彭家寨村现有278户,858口人,土地全部被邯钢所占,现有集体企业7家,个体、各类专业户68户,是一个以工商企业、个体业为主,正朝着城市化迈进的新型农村。党的十一届三中全会以来,村双委坚持党的基本路线,坚持物质文明和精神文明两手抓,带领全村群众走共同富裕的道路,在小康村建设方面,年年迈出可喜的步伐。村镇建设、经济建设和各项事业都取得了成就。乡镇企业快速发展,村民的生活水平日益提高,生活条件发生了巨大的变化,社会主义的精神文明建设和民主法制建设进一步加强,综合治理、计划生育等项公益事业也都取得了快速发展。我们村多次被市、区授于发展乡镇企业明星村和先进基层党组织。去年被区委、区政府命名为小康村。
