随着我国经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的稳步提高,旅游企业的发展水平也随之提高,但是也应当发现我国旅游业目前仍然存在许多问题,旅游企业的战略目标和管理策略还有待提升。本文从探析旅游企业的现状入手,对旅游企业的战略目标进行了阐述,并对旅游企业的管理策略进行了有效分析。
With the rapid economic development in our country and the steady improvement of people’s living standard, the development level of tourism enterprises also increases. However, we should find that there are still many problems in China’s tourism industry. The strategic objectives and management strategies of tourism enterprises need to be improved. This article starts with the analysis of the current situation of tourism enterprises, elaborates the strategic objectives of tourism enterprises, and analyzes the management strategies of tourism enterprises effectively.
