在Pen 60/80基质沥青中加入不同含量的Sasobit,应用常规的沥青性能试验(针入度试验、粘度试验、组分试验等)测试Sasobit改性沥青分别在15℃,25℃,30℃的针入度和软化点,以及60℃,120℃,135℃的粘度和组分等性能指标;通过旋转薄膜加热试验(RTFOT)和压力老化容器(PAV)试验模拟沥青的短期老化和长期老化,评价Sasobit改性沥青的耐久性。同时,利用凝胶色谱仪(GPC)和红外光谱仪(IR)测试Sasobit改性沥青的分子量分布、官能团变化等微观性能,分析Sasobit对沥青宏观性能、官能团以及分子量等微观性能的影响,定性地建立Sasobit改性沥青微观性能与宏观性能之间的关系,从微观角度分析Sasobit改性沥青的性能变化规律。结果表明:在沥青中加入Sasobit后,Sasobit与沥青中的—OH和C—H发生了化学反应,这些化学反应导致沥青中出现了新的芳香族C—O键,并使得Sasobit的长链烷基与沥青中的沥青蜡发生了共晶,因而改变了沥青的晶体结构、组分比例以及胶体结构,使沥青的性能有了明显的改变,提高了沥青的高温性能,降低了沥青的低温性能;这一点与在沥青混合料中加入Sasobit后所表现出来的路用性能正好吻合。

The variation of the properties of Sasobit modified asphalt was analyzed from the microscopic point of view. The results show that Sasobit chemically reacts with -OH and C-H in bitumen after the addition of Sasobit to the bitumen. These chemical reactions lead to the emergence of new aromatic C-O bonds in the bitumen and the long-chain alkanes of Sasobit Asphalt and bitumen asphalt wax eutectic, thus changing the bitumen crystal structure, composition ratio and colloidal structure, the performance of the asphalt has been significantly changed to improve the high temperature properties of bitumen, reducing the low temperature properties of bitumen ; This is in line with the road performance shown by Sasobit in the asphalt mixture.
