目前,国际市场风云变幻,发达国家经济发展动力不足,采用宽松的货币政策,而新兴经济体面临经济过热,货币政策从紧。在如此的国际经济环境下,我国经济面临着更为复杂的经济形势。一方面,物价不断上涨,存在着较大的通胀压力;另一方面,银行不断提高存款准备金率,货币紧缩的趋势已经很明显。面对紧缩与通胀并存的经济形势,人力资源管理者要迎接挑战、把握机遇,改变思路、主动转变,为企业提供切实有效的人力资源管理策略,同企业共度难关,体现人力资源管理部门的价值,与企业实现共赢。
