为满足油田现场对区块整体调剖优化设计的需要,研究了一套简单、快速的调剖剂用量优化设计方法。该方法以并组数值模拟为基础建立调剖剂用量优选模型,调剖剂用量的多少主要考虑了调剖目的、渗透率变异系数、油井含水、采出程度、油层厚度、注水井日注水量、区块相对渗透率曲线、原油粘度、Kv/Kh和调剖剂的残余阻力系数等影响调剖效果的主要因素。采用该技术对辽河油田锦16块第三层系进行了整体调剖优化设计取得了较好的增油降水效果。
In order to meet the need of profile control and optimization in the oil field, a set of simple and rapid optimization design method of profile control agent dosage was studied. This method establishes the optimal model of dosage of profile control agent on the basis of parallel group numerical simulation. The dosage of profile control agent mainly considers the purpose of profile control, coefficient of variation of permeability, water content of oil well, degree of production, thickness of reservoir, water injection volume , The relative permeability curve of the block, the viscosity of crude oil, the residual resistance coefficient of Kv / Kh and profile control agent, and so on. Using this technology, the overall profile control and optimization design of the third layer of Jin 16 block in Liaohe Oilfield has achieved good oil precipitation effect.
