1 水肿(特发性浮肿) 郭某,女,40岁,1990年5月4日因双小腿及面部反复浮肿6年初诊。诉1984年4月上旬无明显诱因出现双小腿及面部浮肿,朝重暮轻,冬减夏增,经期及情绪变化症状加重。曾先后在本院及黔南州人民医院行心电图、甲状腺功能、肝功能、肾功能等辅助检查均未发现异常。先后服用镇静剂、利尿剂和温肾健脾利水剂等中西药物,效果不佳。刻诊:患者精神萎顿,面部轻度浮肿,腰困膝
