目的评价医用外科口罩滤材的非油性颗粒过滤效率(PFE)和细菌过滤效率(BFE),探讨两者检测数值的相关性。方法分析比较两种测试方法的目的、原理、过程,根据行业标准YY 0469-2011《医用外科口罩技术要求》中相关规定,对41批医用外科口罩滤材的PFE和BFE的测试结果进行比较。结果当医用外科口罩滤材的非油性颗粒过滤效率达到86%以上时,细菌过滤效率可达98%以上。结论医用外科口罩非油性颗粒过滤效率和细菌过滤效率测试结果数值呈正相关,依照试验结果,可以进一步探讨用较高的非油性颗粒过滤效率作为细菌过滤效率替代方法的可行性。
Objective To evaluate the non-oily particle filtration efficiency (PFE) and bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) of medical surgical masks and filters, and to explore the correlation between the two values. Methods The purpose, principle and process of the two test methods were analyzed and compared. The test results of PFE and BFE of 41 batches of medical surgical masks were compared according to the relevant regulations in YY 0469-2011 Technical Requirements of Medical Surgical Masks. Results When the non-oily particle filtration efficiency of the medical surgical mask filter reached more than 86%, the bacterial filtration efficiency could reach more than 98%. Conclusion The results show that there is a positive correlation between the non-oily particle filtration efficiency and the bacterial filtration efficiency. According to the experimental results, the feasibility of using higher non-oily particle filtration efficiency as an alternative to bacterial filtration efficiency can be further explored.
