目的建立离子交换-电导检测离子色谱法,同时测定饮料中的甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精钠的含量。方法选用Ion PacAS19 4 mm×250 mm为分析柱,Ion PacAS19 4 mm×50 mm为保护柱,18 mmol/L氢氧化钾作为淋洗液,流速为1.0 ml/min,样品经适当稀释滤膜过滤后进行色谱分析。结果方法的线性范围广、相关性好(r2>0.999),甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精钠测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.29%~2.96%、0.61%~2.09%、0.47%~2.78%,加标回收率分别为97.2%~101.7%、97.3%~100.1%、98.1%~102.0%,方法检出限分别为0.40μg/ml、0.10μg/ml、2.0μg/ml。结论该方法简单、快速、准确,且灵敏度高。
Objective To establish an ion exchange - conductivity detection ion chromatography, simultaneous determination of sodium cyclamate, acesulfame potassium and sodium saccharin in beverages. Methods Ion Pac AS19 4 mm × 250 mm as analytical column, Ion Pac AS19 4 mm × 50 mm as guard column, 18 mmol / L potassium hydroxide as eluent with a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, Dilute the membrane filter for chromatographic analysis. Results The linear range of the method was linear and the correlation was good (r2> 0.999). The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of sodium cyclamate, acesulfame and sodium saccharin were 0.29% -2.66%, 0.61% -2.09%, 0.47% 2.78% .The recoveries were 97.2% ~ 101.7%, 97.3% ~ 100.1% and 98.1% ~ 102.0% respectively. The detection limits were 0.40μg / ml, 0.10μg / ml and 2.0μg / ml respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive.
