我厂去年应职工要求,组织了各种技术学习班,经过一年来的学习,在提高职工业务、技术水平上取得了一定的成绩。现将学习情况简要地介绍于后。学习的组织领导职工业余技术学习工作,由技术学习委员会领导。技术学习委员会包括有党、工、团干部,生产车间、有关科室和老工人,以副厂长为主任委员,总工程师为副主任委员,除加强技术学习领导外,并有效地利用了各方面的力量来支持和推动学习工作的开展。
Last year, our factory organized various technical study classes at the request of employees. After a year of studying, we achieved some success in improving the staff’s business and technical level.
